Aftercare

Following your Mesoestetic chemical peel, your skin may appear pink, feel tight, or become dry over the following few days. Mild flaking or peeling is a normal part of the skin renewal process, although not everyone will experience visible peeling.

To support healing and achieve the best possible results:

  • Keep your skin hydrated using the recommended moisturiser.

  • Wear a broad-spectrum SPF 50+ every day and avoid direct sun exposure.

  • Avoid picking, peeling, or exfoliating any flaking skin.

  • Refrain from using active skincare ingredients such as retinoids, AHAs, BHAs, vitamin C, or physical scrubs until advised by your clinician.

  • Avoid hot showers, saunas, steam rooms, swimming pools, and strenuous exercise for 24–48 hours.

  • Avoid waxing, laser treatments, or other exfoliating procedures on the treated area until your skin has fully recovered.

  • Makeup can usually be applied after 24 hours, provided the skin is comfortable and intact.

  • Follow your personalised home-care recommendations to support healing and maximise your results.
